Which season is good for gym workout?

    As i experience, when i started my first workout in summer season, I have full dedication to do exercise on regular basis. It is not matter to do in summer or winter. If you want to lose weight or gain. Start today to do with extra effort so you get soon results.

    Many time i feel that not to continues, but reason is that i want to gain weight and want to look healthy and fit. So i decided not to stop until i gain healthy body. Within two month i got good results, my weight is increase with 58 to 63. I am so happy, now this time i am not going to gym.

    But regular do exercise at home.

    What you want to say that "season is matter" for gym workout?

    Dedication is important because session is not more important.

    According to me, Summer is best if you are joining the gym it won't you keep in home as in winter. you don't get lazy in summer.

    And yes , agreed with it.

    My favourite season is garlic salt. Doesn’t help my workout but it makes the food taste nice.

    Is there supposed to be a season? Working out doesn't require seasons, it requires bravery ;)

    Nice one. If you exercise at home or at the gym that doesn't matter. But if you want to do some running or jogging outside, it could be a problem in winter.

    I agree ... especially if you are very conscious of your body.

    I do agree... the season is not important for a gym workout.
