Can anyone tell it in detail....
SEO and PPC are both great ways to get traffic but which one is the best. Also, For businesses seeking to initiate their first internet marketing campaign, it is generally recommended that a combination of SEO and PPC be implemented.
SEO can be broken down into two "categories," on-site and off-site optimization. On-site refers to the changes done on the site, and offsite would include building backlinks to your site. Organic SEO is set for long term results and is essential for proper marketing of a site. Pay Per Click on the other hand, can have rather fast results by targeting the specific ad group, but it requires a budget. SEO is a must, while PPC can serve as a complementary strategy to use in your marketing campaign if you have the funds. Even then, you will have to manage your budget to ensure it is profitable.
PPC is good for instant traffic but for long term traffic you do SEO for your site.
Using both SEO and PPC is a great way to promote business and increase sales. PPC will drive some quick result but became expensive in long run so I will suggest you to use SEO for long run because it takes time and for startup sales use PPC. If you manage both campaign well no one can touch your success.
Both the options are great and beneficial if done properly. SEO benefits on long term basis where as PPC is a bit expensive. If your website is old enough and already getting a good amount of organic traffic then working more on SEO can be more beneficial but if your website is new, then PPC can be a good option to get targeted traffic for your website.
Depend on the situation if you want immediate traffic and you do not care about the Money than PPC is best.If you want long time result in free of cost than just go for the SEO.

SEO and PPC are pretty equal in power in today's online landscape. A lot will depend on what type of website / product / business / service you are selling or promoting, your marketing/develop budget, your knowledge resources, your partners. When it comes to SEO and PPC both can really help or really hurt depending on what type of campaigns you are running and what outlets you are utilizing. Like most have said it is best to try and leverage both to some degree and then scale up in the areas that are working best. Social Media is becoming just as important as SEO and PPC as well so do not overlook that option as well.

I agree, social media is getting popular and will soon be considered equally important.
If you can use a combination of the two, that's best. While PPC is great for those who have the money and are short on time, it doesn't necessarily build trust in your website or convert leads. SEO is useful because it not only drives traffic to your site but also builds credibility and trust in your site. Additionally, it helps build a long-term lead generation strategy, customer acquisition, higher return on investment, and a highly targeted audience. Both PPC & SEO will increase your visibility, but at the end of the day, it's worth taking the time to invest in a long term SEO strategy rather than paying up front for quick leads.
As we know, there are two major Search Engine Marketing strategies in use today: SEO (search engine optimization) and PPC (pay-per-click). Both strategies are entirely different and it is tough to decide which one or which combination is right for you. To decide which strategy is best for you, consider the basics. Anyway back to the topic... As I've said on other thread: "That depends on what kind of website you are trying to promote. Sometimes eventhough you do paid adverts, it only do just a little percent. Before trying, I suggest to research first. You can consider some of this questions:
1. What kind of website is your site?
2. Do your competitors do paid advertising?
3. what kind of paid advert is it?
4. Do you think they are earning enough because of it?
5. What are their top keywords in their paid advertisements?
6. Is the keywords competitive or not? "
PPC has a better conversion rate. It's true that PPC converts slightly higher than SEO in a keyword-to-keyword comparison. But 88% of the traffic comes from SEO and 12% from PPC. So that SEO is best.
In my opinion both are good, if you have great business and haven't any online source to promote that business, in that case you need to promote that business quickly and you can use PPC for this and also continue organic SEO for your website.
if u want quick result and benifit then go for PPC, But i think SEO is must.
PPC is very fast, could be very expensive and produces some very nice results i a VERY short period of time. Where as the SEO is slow, time taking and there is no guarantee that you will get returns. I would suggest SEO any day if you have time go for SEO as in the process it teaches you a lot, it makes you an expert in overall marking and after SEO if you start PPC, the results could be even better
