Hi and good morning to all of you.
Recently i have been hired as an intern at a software house and i have been assigned to work under their SEO specialist.
Right now all i have learned is that SEO is divided into 2 categories i.e Off-Page and On-Page.
Off page is used for link building and On page is for making site user friendly and search engine friendly.
Correct me if i am wrong somewhere.

Now the task assigned to me by my supervisor is to increase the Domain Authority of the website which is at the moment 10 and he didn't provide me a hint about how to do it.

www.couponorcode.com this is the website i have been assigned to.

As i am just getting started, i really appreciate any and every help provided.
    Thanks a lot.

There have been other discussions of both "Domain Authority" and "domain authority" in this forum, one of which actually explains the difference. If you search the forum for "domain authority", you will find your own post, and six other threads that discuss the subject. Basically, "domain authority" is not something that can be achieved by following a step-by-step process. Your website gains "authority" over time by being one. If your website contains accurate, helpful information on a consistent basis, you become known as an "authority" in your niche over a period of time. According to "Whois.Domaintools", the website has only existed for about six months, and the domain name has changed IP addresses 5 times in 5 years. The domain needs to be owned by one company or person for years, not months. The content om the website has to be, as I said earlier, accurate and informative. The company or person also has to be active on social media, sharing their knowledge and expertise. Like SEO, you cannot say "I need to increase my domain authority to this number in this amount of time", because it doesn't work that way. As you will see in the threads mentioned earlier, the number, or "Domain Authority", means nothing. As people become more aware of your company, and their level of knowledge and expertise, "domain authority" will increase organically.
