I really want to find a good time to post on Instagram for my target audience (tourism). Could you suggest a good article about this?

It totally depends upon your niche. For example, if you have an entertainment post then 5 PM to 7 Pm is the best time for your post. Like this every niche has different time to upload a post.

On average, the best time to post on Instagram is between 2 PM and 3 PM CDT. However, the level of engagement you get can change dramatically depending on what day of the week you post. The best day to post on Instagram is Thursday, not just at 3 PM, but at 5 AM, 11 AM, and 4 PM as well.

Hello Alicestyles. Do you mean I should post at midnight 1:00 AM (2 PM to 3 PM CDT converted to IST) if I am in India? Do you think people are still awake at that time to like and share your posts? I think you should check the reference from where you get the time and check how people from different countries should post on Instagram.

I think it depends on what group of people is your main audience so there isn't one rule that can be applied to all audiences and all accounts. I'm sure that there are apps that look at various times you posted images and what engagement they got and according to that determine, which times to post are the best. Maybe you should look for a similar platform? Tho I doubt it will be free.

Well i think it totally depends on your audience & niche at what kind of time they engage . You can use analytics in Instagram app to find out on what day they were most active and then plan according to it.
