    Hey Guys,

I'm a new member here. I started a grocery shop a few months back. But the COVID pandemic had badly affected my business. Now it's getting better, and I'm happy about that. I have plans to expand my business to other cities as well. As a part of that, I have decided to create a website for my shop. I have consulted many companies, and the last day, I fixed a website development company in Toronto. I just loved their concept of my site to be, and they seemed to be more affordable.

Has anyone here recently started a business? What are the factors to be noted when expanding a business to other cities?

    Thanks!

    For groceries you should note:
    - Place of business.
    - Population density must be high.
    - Few commercial centers or supermarkets.
    - The cost of renting the premises.

Budget, good employees, a new language, different government rules, etc...are the important things which need to note down when expanding a business to other cities.

Once you have two or more stores that you need supervise, you won't be able to be there present there all the time.

You need people you can trust which is the hardest part, to my opinion.
