Can there be legal bindings if a Private or Public co approaches the Government culture minister for creating Postal Stamps of their brands?

    Thanks & Regards,

You would be better off asking locally as the rules regarding postage stamps are different in every country.

    Thanks.

As you mentioned, Indian cos founders have to meet the Government of India.

American cos founders have to meet the US government administration.

    and so on ....

Ideally for having a Postage Stamp/s of your co brands should not have any legal bindings.

    Isn't it?

    Thanks & Regards,

I really don’t understand your question.

What are these legal bindings you mention?

In the UK for example you wouldn’t be allowed to create branded stamps. I suspect the same is true in India. If you could then the market would be saturated with fake stamps.

    Ok.

    Thanks.

The reason behind this is because of security as there could be fake stamps created as you mentioned.

    Thanks for your valuable inputs.

    Thanks & Regards,

    Thanks.

But don't you agree if the fake postal stamps are created by co and in case in
a worst to worst situation if they are found doing this, then the co's reputation will be stake.

So why the cos will do this unethical practice of manufacturing fake postal stamps of there brands?

    Thanks & Regards,
    Prashant S Akerkar

You could make fake stamps for your competitor and hurt their reputation.

However, you can’t make stamps so this is all hypothetical.

The terms and condition varies of each country. So it depends you are working for which country.
