If you are a person who wants to grow and change for the better during your life, then you should be on a path of personal development and you will most likely achieve it. However, on the other hand, there are many people out there who still do not understand the importance of striving for personal development, and they tend to live unfulfilled lives. The truth is that those who seek to make themselves better, generally keep a more positive outlook and attitude towards life. This friendly attitude can be a welcome for others, which leaves you open to a life full of opportunities. On the other hand, someone who is not concerned with personal development can carry around a negative attitude and outlook on life that can begin to pour over into other areas.

In the end, personal development is essentially about making positive changes. To accomplish this you will need to find the resources necessary for change to help you set goals, move past obstacles and eventually find happiness. However, just bear in mind that it does not matter what part of yourself that you are trying to change, this change will not happen overnight. Instead, you will need to remain persistent and use all of your willpower to help yourself improve. Although this will be a difficult period at the beginning, you will be developing yourself for a lifetime. In other words, you will obtain forever change that is well worth the effort!

Quite right, to get any success one need first personal development. It works like a magic lamp if someone can grow this development in proper way. You can turn back any trend to your desired way with the help of it.

Success is different for different people. If you are looking for happiness and fulfillment then you need to realize the world is full of dog eat dog individuals. To survive and thrive in that environment you have to fight. But that does not create fulfillment and happiness. For that you have to elevate yourself above this environment. It requires understanding people are inherently biased toward this and that you have to love them and forgive them continually. Put this into your business practice as I have and you will enjoy your work more than ever.

Honestly, whenever someone starts talking about Personal and/or Professional development my eyes start to glaze over. Almost every structured personal development workshop, seminar, lecture, etc was run by human resources people. What it takes to be successful is drive, determination, willingness to learn, seeking out mentors and teachers, and tons of over things. You can read books, watch TED talks, and listen to audio seminars until the cows come home and may never achieve your goal. I don't know if the drive is something someone is born with or learned. From personal experience, I've observed that many that are obsessed with personal development blame others for their failing and do not take responsibility.
