    Hey everyone,

I'm a postgraduate student at Durham University, and I'm undertaking an enterprise initiative as part of my study programme and I'm seeking market research data. I would like to invite business owners to complete a short online survey. It will take 2-3 minutes of your time. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

    Link to the survey:

    Thanks a lot.

Thanks for completing the survey. Would you mind telling me which question(s) didn't have the answer you needed?

Q1. Not everyone has a job title
Q2. What is the purpose of this question?
Q3. 0 does not mean sole-trader. I could be a director of a limited company or a contractor.
Q4. I could focus on one country, this doesn't mean international.
Q5. I could be providing services not products.

    And so on...

The whole thing needs rethinking. You have assembled a random set of questions that make little logical sense.

Designing questionnaires takes time and skill.

For example, the survey is for business owners so why do you need to know their job title? A business owner doesn't have a job title.

Another question asks: "How do you think about exporting or selling your products to China at present?" but the answers are unrelated to the question. They are about current policy not how I think. It also only relates to products not services.
