No conversions, what am I doing wrong?

    I set up my online business about four weeks ago.

    But I'm just not getting any further response.

    What am I doing wrong? Why can't I seal the deal so to speak?

    ANY advice would be greatly appreciated!!! Thank you!

    I analyzed your website and I found a few issues. First your website loading speed is very slow which is not good for users. One suggestion I can give to you is to lower your price a bit and analyze how it ends. Did you check you competitor's website? Do and you'll find our what are the chances of improvement on your website.

    Thanks Jacob!

    I have reduced the prices so I think they are in line with competitors and I am still getting inquiries, but it's when I respond to the inquiries that I don't get any more response.

    I must be scaring them off or they just lose interest as soon as I email them back but why? How long should it take for them to respond after I have replied to their inquiry?

    Can you let me know how you getting leads? Are they organic or you are getting it through paid ads like Google Adwords, Facebook? After you reply to their queries you need to follow up on that after 2-3 days. Also, you can follow up them weekly.

    I'm getting leads through paid and organic search, as well as through a facebook ad.
    More recently I've been following up immediately, is this too soon, should I be waiting?

    Do you know how many follow ups it usually takes to get a conversion? Or how much time after the initial inquiry?

    my advice to you is to study the market in which you are going to do business, study competitors, it is necessary to understand what you are superior to them and what your goods and services will be superior to them.

    You should follow up twice a week and you can follow up after one day after the initial inquiry
