    Hi all
I've built my site la-boutique-zen.fr with ocean wp and elementor.
Every thing went well, but I'm facing serious performance issues. Gmetrix give me a 12second full loaded time that seems to be unacceptable for a good search engine optimisation. I've tried to use a cache, using a defer parsing plugin, but I can't see significant improvement.
As I read that elementor could cause performance issues, I was wondering If someone else faced this problem.
    Thank you for any help

    Best regard
    Larry

The theme, elementor and woocommerce are slowing down your site.

You also have slow hosting (1and1 is the worst)

And connecting to third party scripts (like Facebook) are causing a delay.

If you want a fast site you need to rethink the whole design.

Wordpress sites can be very fast. But you need a whole load of ducks lined up correctly to make it so.

fisicx is absolutely right. 1and1 is the worst hosting that I have experienced till date. Apart from that Elementor and other plugins can really slow down your website. Elementor use lots of CSS and JS to give you your desired look and feel of the website which ultimately converts in slow loading of the website. I suggest you build your website with basic WordPress editor OR you should consider a default page builder of WordPress "Gutenberg". And make sure that your website should not have lots of HTTP requests to third party websites/JS/CSS.

I agree with fisicx, you should rethink about about whole design.
