What do you do to learn new leadership skills?
I try to learn from new age entrepreneurs because their motivation and self-confidence motivate us to do something new, to learn something new and to think something new in different way.
There are lot of books on leaderships you can refer to them or read blogs, also interact with your team mates and take a feedback.
The best way to improve your leadership is formula advice+practice.
You won't become a good leader without practicing. For example, if you aren't leading any team right now, it's better to start with charisma skill (vital for leadership).
Never heard of this before. What is it?
Ask for feedback from your peers! Continuous feedback is the best way to develop first time managers and your leadership skills in general.
You can also find a mentor or coach - they can help build your skills. Good luck!
