How to relieve stress?

    Meditation is a simple, fast way to reduce stress. It can wipe away the day's stress, bringing with it inner peace.

    Practicing tennis table at work is yet another great way to relieve stress ;)

    Meditation doesn't always work for me. Sometimes the peace you're seeking can only be found at the other side of an argument with whomever is causing you stress. Until the issue is resolved it will cause stress for multiple days. I often find the best way to de-stress is to deal with the issue causing the stress, but you must do so cautiously and wisely. The idea is not to prove yourself right but to understand why the other person did what they did, while also expressing how it affected you.

    Go for a walk in your nearest park or beach with one of your friends if he/she is available and you should be fine :) If you don't find a friend at that time, don't worry go alone.

    - Manage your work and your time well to avoid overloading
    - Leave work at your office, don't bring it home
    - Play sport or other physical activities

    I read books or watch movies... it helps.
    I really like my job but sometimes when I come home I can only eat and sleep...

    If you have anxiety and want to release from it you should go for a long time journey. When this happened I don't late anymore to get out from home and spend few times there for relaxation.

    Not bad idea at all. Basically reading books for relaxation is a great idea. Carry on!

    Always be a part of something you love. You can listen to music, meditate, deep breathing and exercise to relieve stress.

    Today, due to competition there will always be stress. Now there are different methods that can help one to relieve stress. When I feel stressed I take a walk in the lawn this helps me to relieve stress.

    We have to eat a healthy diet and we need to sleep early.

    Meditation. Also, I like the doctrine which uses one of my favourite directors David Lynch. He uses the specific technique of the Transcendental Meditation. If you saw his film you should understand that he doesn`t only have the creative potential, he discloses its fully and provides high-quality and interesting films. He said the main merit of his success is the transcendental meditation.. Need to try)

    I’ve been feeling stress lately because of my work and I know it’s not healthy especially that I am pregnant now. That is why I really took a short break right now to relax. I started exercising like walking and resting enough because I know that’s what I really need right now, me and my baby. I also focused on eating healthy foods, particularly veggies and fruits.

    According to me firstly you have to accept your work, don't create negative vibes in your mind and seat with people who motivate you..

    Here some tips:
    Exercise ,yoga or walking can help to reduce stress.
    Listen to music and chat with friends.
    Take a deep breath.
    Re frame your thoughts.

    Stress is becoming a big problem in today time and people are very upset because of it but for solving this problem there is a solution also is that, stress ball which is a soft toy and help to decrease your tension by squeezing it in your hand and it will really give you the full relax to your mind as well as increase your work productivity.

    For me music helps a lot. And in other context socializing also helps. I have learned that when I socialize it kind of drains my mind, mouth and body. But that is needed in order to be sane sometimes. So stress can be reduced if I interact with right set of people. Listen to good music and also do some exercise.
