    Hi members,

I am managing Facebook Ads account of a brand StashFin.

My ads was delivering fine earlier but after updating the landing page url the ads are not approved and getting Ad can't run: Update headline issue. Although I made changes and again re-submitted but initially it was approved but after few hours these ads are disapproved.

I tried many times but again getting disapproval issue.

Kindly help me out to fix the issue.

    Thanks,

Change the page back to the way it was.

Have you read the guidelines and checked all of the listed criteria?

    Hi fisicx,

Can you please brief the meaning of this line Change the page back to the way it was.

Yes, I have read the policy but not very clear.

Do you think, it has landing page issue or something else which I am unable to find out.

You said you updated the landing page. Change the page back to how it was before you updated.

Yes, I updated the page back URL the way it was earlier but still ads are disapproved. I don't know the exact reason for disapproval.

Without seeing the ad or the landing page it's almost impossible to advise.

It's quite possible facebook has updated it's approvals filter and you have failed the test.

Go through every single line of their guidelines and make sure you tick every box.

    Wasn't too difficult to find:

"Ads promoting credit card applications, or financial services with accredited institutions must clearly provide sufficient disclosure regarding associated fees, including APR percentages transaction fees, within the ad's landing page. Ads promoting credit cards, loans or insurance services must be targeted to people 18 years or above. Ads promoting credit cards, loans or insurance services must not directly request the input of a person’s financial information, including credit card information."

This is where you probably fall foul of their policy. Facebook doesn't like the content on the page.

Following all above mentioned terms and conditions but still ads are disapproved. See the screenshot attached of the disapproved ad copy along with images

That's the advert. It's the landing page FB doesn't like.

Where on the advert or the landing page does it say you have to be over 18?

The attached is ad copy screenshot. In setting, I am not targeting people having age lesser than 19 years. So our targeted age group are 19+ years. Initially this copy was approved but as I told you disapproving again and again after few hours

I don't know the answer. I'm just making suggestions.

FB either doesn't like your advert or the landing page. You need to keep changing the content until you do get and keep your approval. Financial products will be subject to far more scrutiny than an advert for t-shirts.

I also note the landing page asks for financial information, something the guidelines tell you not to do.

Once you check which type of words you are using in title and description because most of the time people use promotional words and Spam words in their content that’s why ads disapproved.
