first of all you've to be clear about what you need for your site. look for pricing up-time guarantee, bandwidth, security features, SEO tools, scalability, value for money, technical support etc.

Make sure you'll have something like a personal representative or sales representative in the hosting provider you choose so you can easily deal with various issues related to service usage. Support is the main concern while choosing the hosting provider.

Look up the list of best webhosting companies and look at their reviews.

I never choose big company and instead I choose small hosting company. Take backup of your data.

Read reviews, start with trial accounts, chose old companies. And do not pay in advance for the long term periods.

I can advise you to compare all web hosting services, as it is a top priority for your new web host business to be well-provided with all necessary tools.

While selecting your hosting provider the first and topmost priority should be their technology like Cloud, Dedicated machine, shared hosting or any other solution. But I would recommend managed Cloud solution as it offers all the needed features that are needed for today's website.

So does any other type of hosting. And most cloud hosting packages aren’t cloudy at all.

Alexhost as a Hosting Provider, we can say that SEO Tools are a "Marketing Strategy" there is not SEO Tools in Web Hosting (unless they offer any SEMRush, Ahrefs account), but that improve your rankings etc you add as a plus in Web Hosting is trash.

I recommend you use good keywords and long tail keywords and always use your common sense.
Content is the king, and that's. If you have content that your competitors can't have, you are the king.

Of course it will take some time to be recognized, but if your content is king and exclusive you will have success.
Always try to have nice and good content, and avoid dirty pop-ups and website with full of pop-ups.

For Hosting you should use a Hosting Provider which are present in the market for years.
Try to know if he own Datacenter, Hardware, Network or if is just a reseller.
