    What's your marketing budget?
    Where are you already advertising?

I guess you should try some educational forums and social media groups of the related training sessions. Also check meetup groups

Nope, sorry, this just isn't going to work. The subject matter in the training isn't the sort of thing SM users will be looking for.

The answer to the problem is advertising. Adverts in the places the target student reads. This may be print media.

Meeting with education representatives can be useful, and contacts with the universities representatives

Attracting students to your school is a unique endeavor. No two schools will be able to have the same recruitment strategy, and this is why a local perspective is important. In the end, you should make sure that the students who attend your school are a good cultural fit for your school, and that you are not blinded exclusively by parents who can afford to pay full tuition.

Social media can be a great platform to reach potential client. But of course, recommendation from your previous students will have a huge impact.

Targeting social communities, forums and other areas is really good. But most important fact is the way you present your knowledges to your students. If you will do it in any not traditional way, then you will have a lot of interested people attending your courses
