I workout two-three times a week. Prefer three, but even two is better than nothing.
I work out for 45 minutes 5 days a week. Mostly cardio.
I agree with you 3-4 times in a week i do workout.
You have raised a very good question. Exercise is as important for the body as breathing, eating food. If you do not exercise regularly, your body will go into a sluggish position and you can also become ill. Because not exercising reduces your body's resistance and then many diseases surround you. Therefore to avoid diseases, you need to exercise. Our job is to keep oneself right, the one who gives the disease and the one who survives the disease is God.
Which god? There are loads of them.
5 -6 days a week. Heavy resistance 3 days and volume training for hypertrophy the other 2-3 days. Total time lifting ranges between 8-12 hrs a week.

i started workout daily now it's like meal of a time that can't skip.
I walked to the pub yesterday.
I don't do much sports, mostly just running and swimming. Trying to head for Marathon with greater distance in the future, but now still just 10km, half of half Marathon
For me, it s often difficult to get started after working in the office all day, coz i am so tired. However I feel so relaxed and comfortable after i do a 12 min workout. And now no matter how exhausted i am, I keep working out everyday and it ends up with a good shaped body.
