How Much Sleep is Necessary to stay active all week?

    How much sleep is necessary to stay active all week? How many hours you usually sleep on weekdays and weekends? I sleep for about 8-9 hours on weekdays and about 10 hours on weekends.

    8-9 hours of sleep on weekdays usually are the best, however, it depends on the time when you go to bed. They say that it's better to go to sleep before midnight to get a good night sleep.

    On weekends, for me, it's better to sleep in as long as you can :)

    A healthy man needs to sleep minimum 6 hrs.

    I feel like it's different from person to person, but I would have to assume that 6-8 is the optimum time.

    The best option on sleeping hours to me is :
    - 7-8 hours for night ( best from 10p-6a) should go to sleep between 10pm-3am because it's the best time for your body to rest.
    - 15-30 minutes rest after lunch ( It helps you recover energy for afternoon).

    Don't sleep too much (of course dont stay up too late too :p)

    Minimum six hours of sleep is required to stay active. But, if your daily schedule is too busy and hectic then you must take 8 hours of sleep to restore your energy.

    You are happy if you can accept sleeping 8-9 hours on weekdays.
    I usually sleep not more that 7 hours a day.
    Also when I started my first business, I had a lot of difficulties to find some time for sleep

    It depends on how active you are, how old you are, and genetics. Some are refreshed after just 5 hours of sleep while some need more. Some people can make do with polyphasic sleep while most of us are monophasic sleepers. The key is to listen to your body and giving it what it needs.

    It depends. I usually sleep for 6-7 hours on workdays while 8-9 hours on rest days with 1-2 hours of nap. Yes, I still nap.

    It is very individual, depends on your age and overall activity. I would aim for at least 7 hours, 8 hours is commonly referred to as
    optimal. It is good to take a nap during demanding days to recharge.

    6-8 hours on weekdays is just right for me, then 9-10 hours on weekends. If I'm a bit still tired even when I had my usual sleep, I take 30 minute naps throughout the day, depends on how tired I feel.

    To work qualitative way you should take some rest and according to me you should be rest atleast 5 hrs daily because its sufficient to make your body active , yes it takes time to be that pace but not impossible....

    Minimum 8 to 9 hours sleep per day is necessory to good health and mind . and its help you to be active in all day. and according to this routine you can manage your weekly plan.

    It really depends on the person. For example, for me it is more than enough to sleep for 7 hrs, when my best friend needs at least 9 hrs.
    It is really good as well to go to bed before midnight.

    Ans:- I think 8 hours Sleep per night for good health and stay active all week because no less then 6 hour and no more than 8 hour sleep.

    Generally, I sleep 6-8 hours per day. I think sleep is important for health.
