How many meals a day do you have?

    Hmm.. I am a big eater and here are my meals as followed,
    Each time i eat is 2 to 3 rounds.

    7am - breakfast
    9.45am - Break
    12pm - lunch
    8pm - Dinner
    11pm - supper

    In a day I have meals for four times as I take my breakfast at the morning at 8 a.m., then I do my lunch at the 1 p.m. in the afternoon and after that I will take my sinner at aroung 10 p.m.

    I generally eat three actual meals a day, but do have snacks in between to keep me going.

    Breakfast - Snack - Lunch - Snack - Dinner - Dessert - Snack

    I usually takes meal for 3 time in a day, but it may be more whenever i feel some hungry

    Having fixed timings on meals throughout the day speeds up your metabolism - especially eatting breakfast in the morning. I eat 3 meals a day. Breakfast, Lunch and dinner. I hardly snack in between during the week. If I do, it's either fruits, veggies, yogurt or soy protein shake. I'll snack over the weekends occassionally to treat myself. But generally throughout the week I eat very healthy.

    I usually have 3 meals.

    Breakfast 9 A.M.
    Launch 1 P.M.
    Coffee break 3 P.M.
    Dinner 8 P.M.

    I have meal 3 times a day (as every normal person does lol.....)
    along with, i drink milk 3 times a day.

    I am irregular person in this case, as my diet schedule is not at all fix, but I really want to work on it as now I am getting bad effects of worse die schedule :(

    4 and I have an odd/expensive habit of only eating entree. I eat a pound of beef/or an entire rotissirie chicken or a pound of boiled chicken. The protein is in the entree, everything else is just "food stuff".

    I usually have 3,8 am breakfast,12pm lunch,19pm a snack.

    I usually eat little and often. Just recently I've been making more effort with breakfast and have something light for lunch, dinner is usually a big family meal which I look forward to.

    On weekdays when I have Uni, I normally only eat dinner when I get home then a snack later at night. Works for me well and cuts a bit of my flab off. :p

    Weekends I tend to pig out a lot. I'll probably have breakfast at around 10am, a light lunch at around 1pm, then a big, nice dinner at about 6pm. If I'm hungry after lunch I'll have something small like a piece of fruit or a packet of crisps, something quick and simple like that.

    Do you not have breakfast during the week Grumpy? They do say it's the most important meal of the day and a nutritious breakfast would help give you energy to get the most out of your day at college.

    By the way what are you studying?

    No, I don't. I know, I have been told by many people that it's the most important meal of the day and is probably one of the reasons why I feel so tired come early afternoon, since I don't eat lunch either. I just never seem to have time to eat it.

    I am studying English literature, Advanced Mathematician course, and also as of next year I'll be doing medical studying for three years.

    They are fascinating subjects I hope you are enjoying them Grumpy and wish you good luck and continued success with them.

    It doesn't take long to eat a nutritious breakfast and the extra energy and health benefits you gain from it will probably mean that you will need less sleep, plus you will be much more productive and able to concentrate better on your work / studies when your energy levels are high, in short it's time well spent.

    Thanks Fergal. I do always try to eat breakfast, but it seems that no matter how early I get up, I always seem to never have time for breakfast. And I don't sleep very well either. I'm lucky to get 4-5 hours most nights. Very lucky to get that amount.

    Three time in a day is the perfect for your health.

    breakfast: 8:30 am
    lunch: 1:00 pm
    diner: 8:00 pm
