How many meals a day do you have?

    This is interesting. If tea time consider meal, then i take 6 ~7 meals per day
    7:30am Breakfast - just a bread and coffee
    10am tea time - coffee
    1pm lunch - Normal meal
    3pm tea time - another coffee, sometime will take some snack
    6pm - tea time - having some drink and snack
    8pm - dinner
    Something wil go out have some drink with friends after dinner

    i dont eat according to time i eat according to my diet sometimes i have 4-5 meals i day sometimes only 2.Aslo when i am at my college regular classes without interval forces me to leave my meal

    i like to eat all the time...ha ha..
    i normally eat 5 times a day..
    7am,12 pm, 3 pm.7 pm.10 pm...

    Well i also have 5 meals a day! tonmoy1001 we are a bit same to same in eating :)
    breakfast at 7 am.
    lunch at 11 am.
    then eats food at 2:30 pm.
    snacks at 4 pm.
    finally dinner at 8 pm.
    Oh i eat too less! :)

    Some medical practitioners notify us that 3 meals per day is a steady and sensible way to consume, lately i was notified that the new tendency is to really consume 5 little meals per day.

    I usually eat 3 to 4 times a day :)
    breakfast: 10:00 am
    lunch: 1:30 pm
    dinner: 7:30 pm
    supper: 11:00 pm (sometimes)

    I have three meals in a day-

    Breakfast
    Lunch
    Dinner

    Bu then between these three I keep munching something or the other.I always want something to be there in my mouth.For example most of the times, a chewing gum does the trick =)

    I've 3 times meal a day.
    Breakfast at morning, lunch at noon and dinner at night.

    Me, I have five that includes snack time in the afternoon and midnight snack :)

    I have 3 meals in a day. Complete meal. I need to eat to replenish the energy I have consumed form work I need healthy meals that is.

    I normally like to eat four times in a day as I done breakfast at 7 AM. Then lunch at 12 PM , eat some typr of snacks at 5 PM. And then dinner at 10 PM.

    That's a late dinner, don't you feel bloated going to bed, when you eat that late?

    Well i have three main meals, the usual ones breakfast ,lunch and dinner. though i also take some coffee in between.

    i take meals thrice a day excluding the junk that i eat when home. break fast at around 9am then luch arouch 1-1.30pm and then dinner at night at around 9.30-10pm. and in between i do take snaks in the evening too sometimes with coffee and all.

    Someone else who has a late dinner :) Any time I eat that late, I feel bloated going to bed and it disturbs my sleep.

    For three time in a day

    breakfast: 8:00 am
    lunch: 12:30 pm
    diner: 6:00 pm
    And i am very like eat meat :D

    anytime of the day for me..
    breakfast
    snack or lunch
    snack or dinner

    it all depends on what I'm going to eat, if I eat a light breakfast, then I will want to have a complete lunch, then if I have a light dinner, I would want a snack before I sleep.

    I eat properly when I remember which is usually about 5pm. Other than that I survive on coffee most of the day. And yet I still put on weight! I don't get it...

    i am too much of a foody person and loves to eat. i eat alot of junk food like hot dogs and burgers. and also take my lunch and dinner very heavily. I take my first meal at aroud 9 in the morning, then again at around 1 in the afternoon and then at around 4 and agian at 6 in the evening before taking my dinner at night.
