I have always been into self-improvement. I have definitely become a better person from my efforts, but I want a way to track these efforts. I want to be able to look back at any given day and see what I did on those specific days. I was thinking about making a Trello board. This seems like the easiest way for me because I can update it from my phone, laptop, or desktop. Do you have any suggestions on the best way to go about this? I'm not hard-stuck on Trello. Let me know how you keep track of your self-improvement or if you have any ideas that might be interesting. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
