Couple tips that i personally use:
- Do not work to hard, - take a rest from time to time while being at work.
- Exercize daily, - our body is like a machine, and it needs to move.
- Sleep, - you should aim for atleast 6-8 hours of good quality sleep each night.
- Do the things that you enjoy, - find time for some fun & play in your life.
- Hydration, - staying hydrated is vital to your health.
Morning exercises will help you, watch the video of 5 Tibetans. Don't eat meat at night, after seven. Over time, you will understand how to add energy and you want to do something more than charging. I also advise you to run twice a week.

Many people don't exercise until they throw their back out from sitting all day and not stretching or being mobile.
Most people eat like crap, using the excuse that they don't have time.
And I'm speaking from experience, here.
When you put systems in place to be healthier, in the grand scheme of things - you're just being kind to yourself.
I love food but i also give good interval between meals, do activities like jog or exercise when i got the chance and drink green tea.
I try to exercise everyday, eat good, natural food wich is not very easy to do for me now. I really don't know what and where to buy hq, good food.
One of the best options is to go and buy direct from a farmer but this takes time.
You have to start your day with Yoga and some fitness exercise. This will really helpful for you for maintaining the health. You will never feel low at the time of work. The second thing is the diet or the food which you used.

I running 5 kilometers everyday. Go to bed before 11pm, and get up at 6am.
Your method is good and you need to eat healthy food and drink plenty water.
I have health issues and I am trying to walk 20 minutes in the morning and 20 minutes in the evening. Hoping that would help with my digestion and also rest of the health.
Start to do excess and yoga so that it will make you feel happy and stress out on the whole day. Second by maintaining a good diet such as fruits, vegetables, etc which will make your good health.
Try not to smoke or drink and eat fresh fruits and fresh fruit juice.Prevent high fat content food,sleep well.

For Good health you need proper sleep. The person who go to bed early and rise early is healthy. Eat properly and avoid meals which contain extra amount of sugar. You should also go for a walk,Stay avoid from negativity and spend time with your family.

I exercise 2 hours a day and try not to stay up late.
