You need to devise a competition, healthy competition breeds success. Big company? You can select employee of the month, etc.

Keep on motivating your employee and ensure their safety while working onsite to make them feel safe and confident at the workplace.

I am not completely agree with this point because it depends on multiple factors –

Most of the company not give complete rights to do something unique work for company and they provide limited access that’s why when employees leave the company they tell only one reason that’s they did not learn something new in the company during job because of limited access.

Inflation rate increase every year but not salary, so the responsibility of the company is they hike their employee salary according to inflation rate, because in this situation frustration of employees lives on high level, and they think about extra earning from different sources, and they gives their 50% only in the current job.

There are so many reasons, so we can say loyalty is important both side.

I think this chain is a good example of one that has gone past its prime. This chain should have been closed a long time ago. Again just my opinion!

    Encourages employee training
Helping your employees improve their skills or continue their training shows that you are investing in them. Not only do workers feel valued with this gesture, but any additional training will help them do their job better. It is a win-win. An organization depends on its workers to obtain results and achieve a benefit. And although there are many ways to increase profits, the best method you have for it is to increase the productivity of employees. Of course, you can not force them to work harder, they have to want to do it.

It happens in every company but for every problem, there is a solution and many of the business owners find out the simple way is to give some promotional gifts to their employees in every month which increase the work productivity of them and make them happy every time.

Employees' productivity can be raised only giving good training and motivation. An employee can perform well only after getting the right training and timely motivation.

Employee productivity is directly related to employee motivation and happiness. A happy employee is an asset to the organization, while a dissatisfied employee soon becomes a liability. There are ways to increase and improve employee productivity.

    1. Make the workplace energetic and full of enthusiasm. Work on the interiors and make it full of life so that employees enjoy being there.
    2. Don't overload your employees with too many or unwanted meetings. Involve them where applicable.
    3. Don't bombard them with long or irrelevant emails. Employees spend a lot of their productive time managing trivial matters like emails, desk work etc.
    4. Give them flexible timings or frequent work from home options.
    5. Provide regular training for improvement.
    6. Never micromanage your employees. Please give them the liberty to explore themselves.
    7. Involve employees in important company matters and keep them in the loop.
    8. Conduct regular employee feedback and ensure feedback is taken seriously for a better employee experience.

Having a good and better Employee are hard to build up. You know what maybe why not you start to give them some advice? Why don't you try to confront them and tell them about their performance? Maybe it can help the both of you it can help their performance and also the profit of the company.

The key factor to raising the productivity will very much depend on the type of work your employees are required to do, your work culture, etc.
My recommendations would be the following:
    • Focus on employee engagement, but, more importantly, focus on employee validation. There is nothing that motivates people more than being appreciated for the work we've done. Even if it requires a critique. Constructive feedback moves employees towards improvement and growth though learning from what they are doing wrong and what they are doing right.
    • Reduce working hours, but keep the same salary. Productivity will decrease if employees feel bored and tired. Short but intense hours of work tend to do better than long and dull hours.
    • Use a HR Management Software with an analytics portal that allows your HR teams (or yourself) how the employees performance does depending on the strategies that you implement. Analysing what is working and what is not is key to improvement. If you want your employees to be productive, making sure that the best strategies are implemented is key.
    • Work on building an "employee brand" or company culture. Having a sense of belonging to a community that cares for them, will make employees care for it as well. Build a company culture that is worth sharing on social media, that is worth being proud of following. It has to feel nice and invigorating to be a productive employee at a company in order for productivity to come naturally from employees.
I wish you the best of luck!

Do you have a way to track feedback and goals? You need to be able to set goals for your employees and employees need to be able to see progress towards their goals (i.e, you need to make the goals visible to them and not just say them). Feedback helps clarify goals, and it also helps develop and motivate employees. If you have less than 15 employees, Google sheets would be sufficient. If you have more than 15 employees, you would benefit from a software solution.

First of all, briefings are fundamental.

When leaders take care of their employers, people are more happy to do the job --- think to Big Google

Productivity is completely based on the personal outlook. Some might choose to be productive and others try to vail away the time. It is important as a business owner to give ample break time for your employees and make sure that their position is secure enough. Being authoritative will never work in the case of employee productivity. In the company I work, I could see people very driven and enthusiastic about their work, as the bosses choose to interact with them casually (with the invisible line between them) and also celebrate every single milestone with us. It shows care and concern about the employees, and also they openly share the outputs and business milestones with us - mentioning the team members who are responsible for that achievement. It always works as a boost for me personally!

    Happy Managing!

To be productive, your team needs to meet three criteria:

    • They get through their work and complete a fair amount of tasks. This means that they are meeting deadlines and not spending too much time on any one thing.
    • They do good quality work. The finished results meet or exceed your expectations.
    • They do not waste time on things that are low priorities. Time and effort are used efficiently.

Hey! They all need motivation. It can be money, entertainment, bonuses. And, of course, a friendly atmosphere. Without it, anyone wants to go home as soon as possible.

    Hello Tonny,
Nothing to do anything extra. It's very simple. Provide task to every employee according to working hours of company & after the end of the day measure the performance of each employee.

Identify the role of the employee and create a KPI for them.
1.) Ask each of them to plan their tasks for the week and after that check out their plan and modify it how those tasks will benefit your business and frame those task according to your company.
2.) Next week, Keep a review on their tasks and check how much they could complete and give them feedback what are all the areas they need to work.
3.) You can see in every week there will be improvement in their performances

Get an eye on their screens so that you'll be updated what they are doing. There are many software out there which records the screen of employees.
