    Put up a billboard on the local highway.

    Local radio, newspaper adverts, sign outside your house, wrap your car with an advert, google ads, adds on local news websites.

    Basically - advertise everywhere.

    You can use 360 degree marketing which include the brand identity into a holistic approach so that the brand is in touch with and visible to the customers at all the times. It’s all about creating a distinctive brand philosophy which is centered on consumers. It helps to anticipate all aspects of consumer needs. Especially when brand is fairly new it needs to be present everywhere to build a brand image.

    There are different ways to promote your real estate business & below are the appropriate mediums that I could think of:

    1. Print Medium: Place ads in newspaper (either local/national based on your target audience) & magazines like Pulse, however, the latter can be too heavy on your pocket

    2. Broadcast Medium: Go for radio ads in local channels & TV ads (at least on regional channels)

    3. Outdoor Medium: If budget isn't a constraint then billboards is where you need to invest in as they draw a lot of eyeballs

    4. Direct Mail: Send an email directly to prospects with a business catalog & brochure which might turn out to be your potential customers in the future. You can get the email list of prospects from eSalesData

    5. Internet Ads: Do not underestimate this channel, doing so would only make your competitors job a lot easier. Have a website & promote it online through SEO/PPC/SMM channels.
