Hi, I'm wondering whether anyone can help. I run a mountaineering business, and so am often taking bookings from clients. However, I'm finding that all the inputting of information is a rather laborious process, here's what I currently do: 1) Write up an invoice on Word, and send it to them by email, wait for payment 2) Once I've received payment, add their booking details (name, how much they've paid, outstanding balance, dates ,who will be guiding them etc.) onto a spreadsheet. 3) Enter their booking onto Google Calendar, which is the easiest way I think to see all of our bookings. 4) After their course, send an email asking for feedback (inc. something on Trip Advisor). Can anyone see any means to streamline the above, as it seems quite a slow process.
