I read using my tablet before going to bed.. I read anything interesting in the internet..
I really hate reading before going to bed.
I use to read before going to bed...there were times when I would pick up a business related book and go through a couple of pages...and then try and absorb it all in...but now a days if I do pick up a book and read its usually a novel..fantasy...or sci-fi..to help me with my writing style for the novel I am working on. I still have a lot to learn and I am always editing the chapters I have written.

I alternate between reading books related to my spiritual life and motivational books
I used to read every day but now with my business, I'm too much on internet or phone and have difficulty to read again

Sometimes. Usually I am tired in the evening and I like to be concentrated when I read that is why I do not read regularly in the evening. But sometimes I do - I like to read novels, poetry, and books on self-improvement and healthy lifestyle.
dont read before going to bed. but like to voice poems and stories to my kid.
No, I don't read before going to bed but you come up with great topic and I will change my habit to start reading books before going to bed. I love to read about Business Start-ups and finance management topics.

No I don't.. Maybe because I go to bed late. I have no time to read.
Book? No. Email? Yes. In the past (without phone), I read nothing before going to sleep. Now, with a phone.. I always check my email before I get onto my bed.

Also, eating a few ounces of a probiotic food is very helpful for sleep. Sauerkraut, kimchi, etc. The probiotics and enzymes relax the digestive system and the brain, which are both important for a quality sleep.
