I find myself buy working and feel much stress. Do you have the same feeling?

I get stressed when I work too much e.g. more than 8 hours per day. It makes me feel isolated, bored, and stressed at the same time. My goal for next year is to have more fun, work less, and spend more time with my friends

Stress is a part of life, and can be detrimental to your health or used as something to motivate yourself.
Working for long periods of time without any breaks or a little downtime can cause a build up of stress that can effect your health and keep you from operating at peak levels. On the other hand, feeling a little bit of stress because you've been distracted and not getting your work done all day can help motivate you to focus and finish what you set out to accomplish.
The working environment and sometimes the family environment fills you with lot of stress. The frequent stress can result in anxiety, hypertension and insomnia. If you face stress in situations you need to follow some stress busting activity like taking slow and deep breaths, laughter and other. If you practice meditation regularly, you can certainly root out your stress.
Working in the same environment and on the same lines really gets stressful. It just drains me of all the energy.
Some time I will be very stress because of undelivered job requirement.
To reduce work stress, which is get a job we really like; e.g. you like to draw and drawing is your hobby, so you have no problem to draw for long hour.
Alternatively, we need to balance within earning and pressure. High pay high requirement and high pressure, low pay low requirement and low stress.

Stress is part of life the only way to not let it affect you that much is by doing something not related to work...
If you experience stress as a result of working on the job or overworking, that is a sign that you must balance your time so that you can have some relaxing time to do things that you enjoy. The way you think about things can cause stress. Therefore it is most important to take some mental health time and just relax and clear your head of all the unimportant clutter that really doesn't matter in life. Learn to relax and have some fun and laughter that is good remedy to relieve work related stress.
I've been feeling a bit more stress recently, and I've noticed that if I take shorter breaks at higher intervals, it's pretty calming. That way I don't work myself into the ground, but I haven't been away long enough to have trouble working hard when I get back to work.
Everyone is stress. Therefore, it is very important to know how to release the stress. If your stress due to high load work, then you should consider to take few days leave to relax yourself

I do feel stress if I work continuously but gets relaxed within few minutes by listening to music or else by chit chatting with friends!!
