We use Eooro.com to collect our customer reivews, reason we choose them was they had a Review Collector App that we could install on several devices, so our employees could also get reviews directly from our customers.

We currently pay $200 (£150) per year.....which is a great price i think.....gets us to top of google, we can post reviews automatically to facebook, twitter, linkedin etc.....really handy and easy to use.

I am really interested in hearing what other small business owners use for collecting reviews and how much do you pay?

    Thanks

TrustPilot and SiteJabber have become very harsh recently. They even removed our some of our customers' reviews. We only encourage our customer to leave review on our Google page

Looked at the reviews on sitejabber and they all seem false. The images just don't look right. Tineye thinks so too.

Can't find your Trust Pilot or Google reviews on the site.

As an aside, all the reviews seem to be about you writing a thesis or dissertation for a student. Is this legal? Even if it is legal it doesn't feel very moral or ethical.
