Facebook & Instagram are the best social media for eCommerce website.
I would add on LinkedIn as well to get in contact with real estate contractors.
Focus on Facebook and Instagram.
How does facebook do targeting? When I first tried it years and years ago, it was a big vague. "give us a budget and a rough demographic and we'll place ads for you". Has things changed now? Can you laser target conversations say for example someone discussing about doing tiling in their house (where underfloor heating is required as tiles get cold in the winter), or generally people talking about their cold house.
This hasn't been my experience, I thinked linkedin ads should be about recruitment/hiring/firing/professional qualifications
people use linkedin for career purposes, it's not suitable for a tradesman, people aren't going to linkedin because their house is cold.
Facebook and Instagram is the best option for e-commerce sites. because this platform has a big audience.
If you want to promote your product then Facebook is the best platform to reach a large audience and If you want to promote services then LinkedIn is the best platform. But Facebook is the best platform to promote e-commerce websites.

Twitter. Twitter is another extraordinary stage for eCommerce organizations.
I believe in Twitter and Instagram to be the best for this choice.
That makes no sense at all. Why would people be looking on Instagram for underfloor heating products?
Medium, scoop, quora, business.com, Facebook, etc. but our main focus should be the right customers targetting for better results.
I do Income Taxes. With Facebook I verify that they live in the same town that I do.
I recommend Facebook, the region is Facebook has a huge number of audiences as compared to other social media platforms. but you can also promote your business in other social media platform like Instagram, Pinterest, they will also give you traffic
@satineeraj - it depends on what you are selling. Many products won’t get traction on Social Media without adverts or some other promotion. If all you do is post your products on you FB page you have missed the whole point.

Yeah I agree but People are now also using for Business Purposes. They are running Paid Campaigns and Promoting their Businesses on different groups. If you are using Social Media for Socializing then its up to you.
