I have a severe back spasm since this past Sunday. For the first couple of days I was barely standing but now after taking some medicines I can able to stand and also walk slowly. Now I need to know which small exercises or stretching should I do to get rid of the spasm quickly. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

    Thank You :)

As we know that back spasms can be the result of injuries to the muscles, tendons, or heavy lifting. You can use following things:
    • Local heat helps reduce muscle spasms.
    • Hip slides.
    • Gentle low back traction.
    • Extend the low back.

Thank you for helpful reply, much appreciated. I have started doing some stretches and running and so far not feeling any real pain. Hopefully everything go well. I will surely keep your tips in mind next time I go for a workout :)

check up for McKenzi exercises. It is very effective method wether your lordosis curve is too small or too big.

Try to search for fitness blender on youtube. They have a variety of back exercises that can somehow alleviate the pain. But be sure to go and see a doctor.

A long massage would go down well too, really need to loosen up those muscles.
