are ads at the bottom of the website effective that i would get more clicks?
From my experience they are significantly less effective than ads higher up on the page, in other words they receive much less clicks than ads closer to the top of the web page. However, if you have some free space at the bottom of your website, placing ads there could generate you some additional revenue.
This Google ad heat map might be helpful to you, it shows the web page location that generally perform better in terms of ad attention and clicks. It is worth remembering that not all sites work the same. It really depends on how visitors are using and viewing a specific site. Something that doesn't work very well for the majority of sites, just might be successful on your site. Hence, it is worth testing and analysing results. Place ads on one location for a month and measure the return you get, then try those same ads in a different location and compare the results.
