Why has money been taken from my paypal account to pay for forumcoin.com

    Can you provide a screenshot of this? Unless I am mistaken (which if I am looking at this correctly), you had subscribed to the premium subscription for members, while Fergal was owner, and the subscription is still actively going to the account that the subscription was originally set up to send to.

    I personally cannot fix it, but I can say that the account that all new subscriptions gets sent to Nerdie Media, since Nerdie is the owner. I have notified Nerdie about this issue, and will see what we can do in regards to it.

    I can confirm that no money has been sent to us via PayPal.

    It would have been sent to the previous owner of BAF @Fergal

    You will need to discuss this with him.

    I think you need to assess how many other subscribers to this forum were paying directly into his 'private' account?

    Hi Ian, apologies for the inconvenience. I didn't actually take the money from your account, and that's not something I could do even if I wanted to. Perhaps you had set up a subscription and the money was sent from your PayPal to mine. I have received an email from you and will reply to that now. Once we clarify what payment it is, I will be more than happy to give you a full refund.

    Perhaps the new Admin at BAF, could please identify any other members who signed up for subscriptions, then contact them and ask that they cancel the subscription? I obviously can't do that, as I no longer have access to the Admin area.

    We will be going through the list, and see which needs to get their subscriptions updated or cancelled.

    That's very odd. I've never had anything like that happen to me before. Something doesn't sound right about that at all. Hope everything gets solved for you.
