    The fast pased technological era many businesses are forced to move towards online sales and advertisements. Every business is at a competition to give optimum online customer services to gain higher sales and publicity from their website. Online Business with convenience for customer to view and order products online, also brings in problems for companies in handling their emails or complaints. Answering to all issues is time consuming and indeed it’s very hard to give personalized answers to the customers’ emails.
    The simplest and the most convenient way to answer to your customers quarries isby giving them Live chat customer service online. Visitors coming to your website with a problem or a need will inreturn get the solutions instantly, definitely converting them to be a customer loyal exclusive service experience.

    When 10 website have great design and offer same products, the only way to make the site unique is services and support. While providing live support, we can also create a knowledge base section, e.g. blog or faq, so that it is more effective to target more audience on known problem and overlap question.

    Live chat support is good, if the support do cover on live remote (remote desktop) will be great.

    I think every successful website (where products are promoted) should have a live chat support. It is a very useful feature to have for webmasters.

    Yeah, live chat is important. Because from the live chat you can explain to the visitors, if they have in trouble to access your website. They can clarify the sales inquiries, and make a decision easily. Live chat is guidelines and friendly to the visitors. From your quick reply to customers, they can get satisfaction about your services. So that, you can increase the visitors to your site and also make the effective business.

    There are many benefits of live support for a website esp. for shopping website. It represents the customer service of the company. Sometime, there are some errors in the website that creates problem for a customer and in that case a customer dont have time to contact the company's representative through email, rather he/she can move to another company dealing with the same product he wants. If there is live chat support available in the website, then the customer can let them know instantly and hence there will be a successful sales. hope I am able to make you understand the importance of Live support.

    It helps customer to clear their doubts and helps to generate more leads. That's the reason these days you will see more and more sites installing live support chat scripts.

    I did some research in the past on live support chat systems. One serious problem that lots of e-commerce sites have is a high shopping cart abandonment rate, that is customers who commence purchasing something on the site but then leave the site before completing the purchase and making payment. Difficulties with understanding and using the shopping cart system is a significant factor in this abandonment rate. Live chat support systems can help greatly with that, because the customer can get support with one click, to help them complete their order.

    Its convenient and customers can receive immediate reply contacting customer live support.

    It really depends on the size of your business. Can you support the cost of having live chat support? Do you have enough customer complaints to warrant that. Congratulations if you do because that means that you have developed a large audience.

    Communication with your customer is very important and the most imporatnt thing is their good feedback. There are many ways now you can communicate with your customers in a better way. You can create fan page you see your customers feed back, Create a youtube channel for your product this will also increase sales.

    Live support isn't just for handling customer complaints. It can be extremely beneficial for providing customer care, answering customer questions, pre-sales support, etc.

    Indeed it is! we have activated the Live Chat services and surely it did miracles for us! The customers seem happy and the sales have doubled!
    I would like to advice all business to increase the customer satisfaction for a better prosperous business.
