    There are two keywords, one is A,the other is B, when we search in google, appear different results:
    Youtube,B2B,twiter and ebay are found in the result by keyword A;
    Most results are company or enterprise websites by keyword B.

    Which keyword is easier to be ranked?

    Thanks.

    You should depend not on what type of search results the keywords show when you search them in google. One, very basic thing when doing keyword research is taking a look on the monthly searches for the keywords, their trend, demographic data of the keyword, and its variations.

    Example:

    If keyword A has a total global monthly searches of 1k and keyword B has 1.5k global monthly searches... of course you would definitely choose the keyword with the higher search volume because it is what people mostly use in searching for a specific query.

    BUT, you also have to weigh the competition in that keyword target.

    Keyword B may have the highest search monthly global volume but it has a very high competition while keyword A has 1k monthly search volume but has a very fair, medium competition then you could go to that keyword on which you can compete with better.

    Thanks,
    Mark

    you can check search results for both keyword in google keyword planner then decide that which keyword have competition then choose keyword accordingly competition. May be you choose tough competition keyword because its have higher search result if you ranked then easily generate more traffic on your website and help to generate ROI for your business

    Exactly, Priyanka Sharma,

    The Google Keyword planner tool is the new, more integrated tool of google for keyword researching. You can do better filters for keyword target that you want to gather data from, etc.

    Regards,
    Mark

    Keyword research will help you identity a wide range of potential keyword opportunities including less obvious terms that could potentially drive traffic and sales. One more thing, the keyword competition. Keyword competition is the measure of how difficult it will be to rank for a particular keyword.
