I've heard a lot of good things about Sennheiser, but they're pricey. Sony is pretty reliable, I'd choose that over Phillips.

I don't have much knowledge of the headphones you posted, but my girlfriend bought me some "Beats" by Dr Dre for Christmas. They're great quality and at similar prices to the sets you posted too. I can honestly say they are the best headphones I have used in a long time. :)

I've owned those very Sonys and both the Sennheiser HD 202 and HD 203 (but not the HD 201, which you have in that list). Headphone taste is very subjective, so you'd serve yourself to try them on if you can before buying. I personally like Sennheisers. My sweet spot is the HD 203 (~$35) and I have bought it several times over (I have a habit of breaking the cables on my headphones about once a year and needing to replace them). I mostly listen to hip hop and jazz which the Sennheiser's characteristics favor, in my opinion (very full sound, with powerful bass). I literally have those headphones sitting 10 feet away from me on the table, and I will buy them again when I inevitably break the cord -- or suck it up and get something further up the line with a replaceable cable (maybe someday I can justify the ~$400 HD 600s, but not today!)

I think SONY XD 200 is best suited headphone because its hearing quality is too good and these are also too much comfortable and SONY is also a very trusted brand.

I used to have a pair of sennheiser but that was a long time ago, definatly the most sturdy and solid headphones i have used, now on turtle beaches and regretting making the switch!
