Do I need suggestions which CMS platform functionality is good?
The best CMS for me in my opinion is Wordpress.
I personally prefer WordPress the best CMS. It's really comfortable and easy to use as well.
Drupal is good CMS with many plugins, It has a bit of a learning curve. As a result, I have read, it is more flexible than WordPress. Another very popular CMS is Joomla. Joomla seems to have more plugins for purchase.
It is probably a good idea to define what you mean by best. Whether it is a simple blog or a highly customized website will dictate which one you chose.
I suggest WordPress, It's really user friendly.
Wordpress is more easier then most of CMS softwares, There is lot of youtube tutorials and also hosting company provide automated software installer tools for wp.
In practice the question of 'best CMS' is impossible to answer, since all of these programs are designed to work in a particular way for a particular purpose. If you look at the wide range of different types of websites, it becomes obvious that no single application could create websites of all those types. Therefore a CMS is simply a tool for a job; it has to be designed for a fairly narrow range of duties or it won't work well. Which is the best: a screwdriver, a saw, or a hammer? Obviously, there is no answer to this - it depends on what job you are doing. Content management systems are the same - you have to pick the right one for the job. Therefore, part of the solution is to pick one of the right class.
All CMS are good but among those I will suggest you to go with WordPress. It is very user friendly and zero tension of code and all. You just need to drag and drop the field to achieve the required design. So might get free template. If you want fully customized template then you have to pay for it, even that you will get in a cheap price
Wordpress has a huge community, excellent themes and it's quite easy to use. It let you focus on creating quality content instead of struggling with complex configurations. I really recommend it.

It depends on your choice and purpose. If you are looking for any simple website then wordpress is good. If you are looking for ecommerce type then you can go with - magento, shopify, volusion etc.
WordPress is a CMS that increases the chances for the website to rank well. WordPress is built in such way that it makes it easy for the search engines to search and easily index the content that is on the website. Thus, I recommend WordPress as one the best CMS.

Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla and Magento are some of the top and well known CMS sites. And not only these there are many more such sites available for CMS, you can choose them as every site has its priorities and procedures and has been made for a particular type of work or site. So, i suggest that it depend on the nature of the business website you are making.
WordPress is better and easy to use.No problems there regarding codes. You can also find excellent themes in WordPress. WordPress website can be easily indexed by Search engines.
Drupal is the best choice when building a website, since it takes less development time and also maintenance of websites is easy with Drupal CMS.
