Whether you do online sales, telesales or face to face marketing, i'd appreciate your feedback on what you perceive to be your greatest challenge and how you were able to overcome same.

The biggest challenge any website owner can face is getting high quality traffic to the site. Of course, you can pay for traffic and then all you'll get is bots and spam traffic. The real traffic comes from people who are clicking through on your ads and links to check out what you have to offer. So how do you get this traffic? The simple answer is that you have to go where your potential buyer or site user hangs out and make sure you are seen. Some visual mediums like Pinterest are great for being seen and offer good free promotional advertising. People love seeing and sharing the pins, especially for fashion, food, fun related niches.

The hardest challenge for me has been trying to improve user experience to drive conversions on ecommerce websites. It takes a real specialist to look at the data analytics or other tools like Hotjar collects and turn it into any meaningful, or actionable insight. There's no one size fits all for this sort of thing, so generic advice like keeping content above the fold or changing calls to action at points of conversion had been no use to myself or my teams. There was such a skills gap in the end that we've consulted with a number of CRO agencies. Conversion rate optimisation has been the sole driving force for change at so many businesses that struggled to grow online and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to get ahead of the game.

Well i am from a promotional products industry and the biggest problem for me is the selection of right promotional products, though we are also customising the products according to the customers choice. We have our own online e-commerce store and have a wide choice but adding new products and suggesting customising options is very difficult.

the first interaction is a most difficult thing that I faced in my career. when you meet your client first time and you pitch it right than you are going right.
