Do a survey among your past and present clients - they would be the most important source of feedback. Then you can try to expand such a survey to potential clients if you can find where they hang out - forums, etc.

What type of computer training do you provide? Do you have any particular type of target market in mind?

you might want to partner with like what pearsonvue.com/cisco/ did
as your trainees could get certification after thier exams

    You might want to try:

-Partnering with local libraries, community centers and other institutions and offer like a free or small intro course. Then you could build out clients from there.

-Targeting local students at high schools and colleges by posting fliers/ads etc. They are already interested in learning and are paying for education so they are a good target market.

-join all the major freelance sites you can and see who is looking for your type of expertise. Offer training and work.

-Write lots of great content and circulate it on the web which drum up business

-make training videos and offer beginner ones for free and advance ones at a cost

It really is about getting out there, pounding the pavement and making strong and real connections

Try to implement what you had learned in your computer trainings. Then make some observations.
