What to do when totally Frustated???

    Nowadays I am completely frustated myself because of my peer pressure. I don't like to talk about too much on that. So anyone know what to do???:(

    When I get frustrated about something I try to find some quite place, then I sit down there comfortably and take some deep breaths. While taking deep breaths I let my thoughts flow and concentrate on the long breaths. This technique helps me a lot in calming and refreshing my mind.

    Take a deep breath, stay calm and focus. Some people are easily frustrated due to different forms of stress that they are experiencing. Having some time to relax can be a good way to reduce those stress and reduce the frustration.

    Most of the time, frustrations are the outcome of something that an individual fears about, and overcoming fear is one way of removing frustrations.

    Eat chocolate.. Or exercise, it will make you better. :D

    I agree that regular exercise could be a great help to you. Is there any sport that you enjoy and could participate in regularly? If you are not interested in sport, even getting out for nice walks a few days per week, could be very helpful to you.

    when you are frustated just talk to your best buddy, go to some adventures places have a ride of Columbus or any other exciting rid. Just change the place you will feel better.

    When I get frustrated, I drink cold water and look at the mirror. After a while, I do Yoga.

    when i got totally got frustrated then i use to listen music which keeps me fresh and feel relax also.

    I watch some comedy show or some music which I like...talking to my love about it also helps...

    Music helps. And loud music also helps a lot. But if you are a fan of listening to light music then that would obviously help you. Because music helps in diverting your mind.
    Even when some song that you don't want to listen to, even if that comes up and you change it, that is helping your mind divert too

    stress releasing exercise and meditation always helps me to reduce any kind of frustration.

    I think meditation is the best way for keeping you fresh and healthy and good solution for your frustration.

    When you are frustrated first give some time to yourself,may be by sitting alone,cool your mind,get relaxed.After sometime you will be out of all those thoughts.

    I do meditate or listening some music to help me out from that feeling. After few minutes, I feel much Better! Try it!
