What should be your morning breakfast ?

    You desire a great day and definitely a day with full of vigor. So you require to have a breakfast with nutritional value. It is a hectic day. It needs a great start in the morning by having a healthy breakfast and the breakfast that will make you energetic to do your day's activity. I have a curiosity to know what nutritional breakfast it could be. :rolleyes:

    As i am going to Gym on daily basis that's i like to have Banana or Apple with orange juice. This breakfast is energetic.

    As for my breakfast I eat eggs, hotdog, bread and coffee. I have to be full when I'm going to work. I need energy so that I can do my work fast and perfect.

    I like to have healthy + Light food like just say Fruit Juice, and some fruits too.

    I would recommend to have boiled eggs or omelet and milk after completing your morning routine. Breakfast is must for everybody.

    I have a smoothie and add some nuts/dates to make it a filling breakfast.

    Usually I ate Egg, Bread, Fruits, Oatmeal and Mocha in my breakfast.

    I would suggest 8oz water, steel cut oatmeal (maintains more of the whole grains), egg whites, and a small portion of fruit.

    I eat sandwich for my breakfast and drink coffee. This will make me full and last until lunch. Breakfast is the most important meal for the whole day.

    Morning breakfast it should be healthy as it gives you more strength throughout the day. So Everyday I have boiled eggs or omelettes with a glass of milk.

    For breakfast I eat vegetables and dark bread with cheese or ham. I've heard that often people eat different kinds of cereal with milk. However, I prefer sandwiches.

    I usually skip breakfast. Just a slice of bread is enough to get me to lunch.

    I guess you can have almost anything in your breakfast milk , juices , eggs , fruits , butter , bread but one thing for sure if you want to be healthy, you should never skip your breakfast.
