Majestic SEO: this is one of the best research tools which analyse backlink. It won the “Best SEO Technology” in 2011. Here the users can see more quality backlinks than Google Webmaster Tools. For me, this is one of the best tools that I have used.

I would have liked to see a little bit about how you came to use these tools, and why you selected them. As far as the tools themselves, Google Analytics is actually a group of tools, as are Google Webmaster Tools. What kind of tools do they provide? Also I would not refer to "keyword research" as a tool, but there are tools to help with the "process" called "keyword research".

Yes, I use all these tools. Therefore, I also use the seoquake, pagerank checker and seomoz tools for seo purpose.
Currently, we are using linkdetox and rmoov for checking bad backlinks and contacting webmasters to remove our old links into their sites. Other tools we use which provide us data about our websites are: ahrefs, moz.com, semrush.com..
Aside from what you guys have mentioned I am also using market samurai, cute rank and GSA.

For SEO, I use Google Analytics, Google Webmasters, Small SEO tools, Google Keywords Planner, Google Trends, ahrefs ,and WooRank.
Webmaster tool and analytic is much more sufficient for small business and sites. SEOMoz is only if you want to get in depth knowledge
