For you to be highly successful at any venture you must anticipate the needs of your prospective customers or clients and offer them the solutions they seek.

Being armed with such foresight gives you an edge over your competitors. The market could be saturated, there might hundreds of other similar business which sell the same goods or services but you need to go a level lower, find out what the other businesses don't offer their customers, build your business around that and you'll most likely end up being very successful.

An example: if customers for example seek cheaper electronics why not sell them used electronics which are still in great condition? Where would they buy their electronics?

Not everyone will be interested in buying cheap and used merchandise. I would rather pay premium and get the benefits because buying cheap is costly you know what I mean? The cost to have the used products reconditioned and checked by a technician when something goes wrong is not worth the headache and inconvenience.

It would be better to look for blue oceans than saturated markets. Once you set foot on them you are surely going to succeed.
