Can any guide me.....What kind of software is good for Billing purpose ?
The best billing and invoice software provides good-looking correspondence for your business and keeps you organized and efficient. It tracks invoices, late payments, estimates and time. It generates reports. It also tracks people, shipping/billing addresses and preferred payment methods. You should try BillQuick software for billing. This software can grow with you from a startup of one to a corporation with thousands of employees.
We use Freshbooks, and have actually been complimented a couple of times on 'our' billing system.
My only complaint on it that we've encountered is that our business involves getting deposits and so that does get a little messy with the invoices and stuff. There are workarounds but I know they are in development of a solid deposit solution.
There are varied billing requirements for each company.
Why don't you look for:
Easy of use
Web based software
Integration with other required modules
Meets your unique requirement based on your industry
Best support team
Go for detailed demo
Company with great reputation and brand with good reference
The one which gives you the altest technology tweaks and add ons!
Great lists.. Client satisfaction and profitability are essential to the success of any professional services company. Achieving these goals often depends on the ability to track billable time efficiently and accurately. With time and billing software you can avoid guessing how many hours you actually spend on a project by logging your time into the system as you progress through your work.
FreshBooks is an online invoicing and time tracking service that saves you time and makes you look professional - Fortune 500 professional.
Best invoice software is the software which one is:
1. Online Billing Offers Mobility
2. Invoice Calculations are Done Automatically
3. Invoices always look professional and consistent
4. Invoices can be emailed directly to the client
5. Save money on paper, envelope, and stamps
6. Manage client contact information and billing from the same location
7. Check outstanding receivables from anywhere at any time
Top-rated billing and invoice software will have a number of invoicing features such as the ability to create a standard invoice or custom invoices. Additionally, the software should include an auto-fill function to build an invoice quickly and efficiently.
I will recommend to use "Orderhive" software for the same purpose.
it depends which billing , for example if its a hosting billing i prefer WHMCS because it has many features
As for me, from many existing kinds of software for billing I would have preferred Pay Panther. It is very easy to use and allows you to accept online payments and send invoices in seconds. Using that software you can add notes to your clients account and track easily the whole history of all interactions between you and your customers.
For Hosting (WHMCS) is certainly the best choice, if you have some other business then I would suggest you the following couple of softwares, they both pretty good.
2. Zoho Invoice
For which Billing Purposes? Hosting or? For Hosting, choose WHMCS for Paid and BoxBilling as free alternative.
Please give a try to CloudBooks Online Accounting Software For Freelancers and Small Business.
Cloudbooks is a web-based app to create and
track online invoices, estimates, time-sheets, and expenses. Add a "Pay

or PayPal immediately.
You can try CloudBooks free for 30 days. Plans
starts from $2 per month. Give it a Try!
I generally like to keep to the mainstream and popular options available like WHMCS. There are plenty of guides and troubleshooting videos available because of its popularity. It suits its purpose. Other options could be BoxBilling where it could be a temporary solution or permanent.
I have just started using Cloudbooks Time Tracking Solution For Freelancers as a new business owner and its so easier! I love the time tracking feature especially since sometime I can work 10 mins for a client and sometimes 2 hours. I keeps track of my time easily. The only thing that would be helpful for me is to offer their new client webinars at different times.
www.due.com is not that bad. Try for yourself.
I think Box Billing is a one of the best billing software and this software is totally free…..
Peachtree also one the best I guess.
What billing are you talking about? There are lots of billing software and I know few.
Inventory management software with advanced billing option, creating invoice with your company LOGO, invoice in mobile App, sending them by e-mail it saves time and an online software is Apptivo.
I can second this, I've tried all three of these in the past and they are all great at what they do. I settled on Zoho because I liked the way they do some things better but you won't go wrong with 1&2 in most cases. The best thing is the integrations they offer with various payment gateways so you can offer payments from everything from PayPal to card via Stripe and so on.
