What is your workout habit at home?

    We all have our own secrets to try and get fit. What is your workout habits? What kind of tools or equipment do you use during your workout?

    I prefer yoga,skipping,aerobics and walk as my workout measures..

    I use to do pushups and chinups and dumbbell.

    I do press ups and stomach exercises three days a week and occasionally I do some yoga stretches. I don't use any weights or equipment at home.

    I do some pushups and Yoga at home. I do warm up by stretching and moving my hands and legs around.

    Loud music, move on the beats, shake your body perfect exercise for whole body. :)

    Well I get up early i n the morning then Yoga for 15 min , basically i prefer a meditation session for about hour this helps me to concentrate through out the day ,then I go for half an hour cycling and start my day with a healthy breakfast .

    It depends on my mood. When I want very intense usually zumba or biking but when I want to be just cool or very at peace I want yoga with very good meditation music. Anyways, I love to dance and that's usually what I do each time.

    I work out in the gym on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturadys and I run on Tuesdays and Thursdays 10-20 km . Sunday is free ;)

    I do yoga in the AM prior to starting my work day. After work I'll do cardio (30 minutes to an hour). I do this 4 to 5 days per week. I hit the gym 3 to 4 days a week only for lifting. These are shorter workouts consisting of super sets or drop sets depending on the mood and muscle groups I'm working on.

    i find yoga as the best tools keep myself fit physically and mentally.

    Ay Caramba!

    I hear it's great but haven't built up the courage or confidence to put myself on such public display of horrible dancing. I have most people fooled that I can move so I'll stay as far away from one of those classes as possible ;-).

    It's great to hear you found your thing. Thats awesome.

    I go for a run or use my bo flex when I am home.I enjoy the gym more

    I do a bit breathing exercises in the morning, sometimes I walk too. And I relax myself listening to music, reading books and watching movies.
