Personally I only tested httrack, it is work well for all my project. Website copier have several great benefit:

    1. Save webpage for offline presentation. (better solution, compare to save as web from browser)
    2. Convert dynamic page to static page
    3. Backup purpose (in case you forget the FTP and admin access)

Httrack definitely most popular, backstreet browser is my choice though. There's The WebReaper as well, noticed it's not on the list never used it myself maybe someone could give some feedback who did.

I have never used either, but I have been using Website Ripper Copier from Tensons

Save all or parts of websites for offline browsing
Extract site files of a certain size and type, like image
Access copied sites anywhere, ideal for commuting or traveling
Copy useful Web information for later use easily
Download a large number of files with resumption support
    Explore site structures
    Tabbed antipop-up Web browser
Crawl protected or HTTPS (secure) sites
Easily retrieve hundreds of thousands of Web resources

You can put in your user and passwords to the sites where necessary................I have been using it for about 6 years now. I guess its about $50, but there is a trial as well on their site
