Does URL play a vital role in indexing with specific keyword? Is it necessary to have keyword in the URL in order to get indexed quickly and at good positions?

The answer to both questions is an unequivocal "NO". The URL is a unique identifier for your business - that's it. Ther purpose of your website, depending on the type, is to sell a product or service, engage a specific audience, or allow various people to interact with others with similar interests. Playing games like using your desired keyword in your URL does nothing to serve any of these three purposes - the only purpose is a misguided attempt to fool the search engines into giving your site a high ranking.
Instead of playing games, your priority should be making your site appealing to your potential visitors, then using networking and social media to get the word out about your site.
