    Low calorie food
    Avoid junk food
    Green vegetables, salad, fruits

    Smaller portions. Stay away from high fructose corn syrup.

    No fast food. Plenty of fruits and vegetables. Fish or Chicken 2 to 3 times a week. Keep red meat to 2 to 3 times per month.

    Legumes are great for stress release. So is cutting down on red meat.

    Have a balanced diet that is the key to a healthy life!
    Balanced Diet means balance of Calories, Carbohydrates and Proteins
