What is the advantage and disadvantage of free blog platform like blogger in terms of Google Adsense? Does earning also suffer if we have a free platform for blogging?

That mean Blogger is not mainly full of good stuff and perks. The platform also has its darker side with some limitations on the enjoyment of its features and functionality.Blogger is that you cannot monetize it with ads other than Google’s. Google frowns over the competition thus it exercises exclusive ad service only for Google ads in Blogger.

Well, I'd recommend you to create your own domain on paid hosting service if you are going to monetize your blog

Generally your own domain name will be easier to remember and communicate to other people who might be interested in the site. For example, BusinessAdviceForum.com is actually quite a long domain, but it is easier to remember and communicate than BusinessAdviceForum.blogspot.com.

This comes with Google Adsense Ads integration, so no need to add ad codes. you can easily access and integrate YouTube, Google Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics, Google Plus etc.

I think the blogger is a disadvantage: the risk of data loss is very large.
