    hi...both are important but it depends on you how maximize the profits with taking care of your customers...

    I feel both since they are inter-related with each other. For any business to grow both Customer Value and Profit margin is important.

    Both, you need to balancing them to grow your business
    With only Customer Value but no profit, you cant survive
    With only Profit margin without customer value, there is only one time business, no future

    Profit margin is driven by customer value. Therefore customer value is more important than profit margin.

    IMO in the initial stage of business you should give more importance to customer satisfaction than profit margin. This would increase your Brand value and trust in the market and then you can think of earning better profit.

    They are both important and they have their difference.But for me if the customer value is much more considered, you can get a high profit margin. Giving high customer value is a stepping stone in achieving a high profit margin.

    Profit margin is the amount by which revenue from sales exceeds costs in a business.

    Customer value is the quantification of the perceived value of the product or service from a customer’s view point.

    When customer will buy the product then you can earn profit so both are important for business growth.

    A little bit of both, but more on customer value I think. After all, the customer is the one who pays you.
