I get the search through the following step:

Google search on any keywords > More search tools > Reading level.

Google search result is nothing but the site which will be displayed when we search for a keywords in google. Naturally 10 sites will be displayed for each search terms in google.

I checked Google Web Search Help and found the following:

"Sometimes you may want to limit your search results to a specific reading level. For instance, a junior high school teacher looking for content for her students or a second-language learner might want web pages written at a basic reading level. A scientist searching for the latest findings from the experts may want to limit results to those at advanced reading levels."

This way, anyone who searches a keyword phrase based on their on level of understanding, or the level of understanding of their class or group.

Yes, this is the way to make Google search in limit according to the searcher need. This works I see many time. There is also a option of save search filter which save the search from adult things.
