As azam explained, adsense allows you to put advertisements on your website, which will earn you money when someone clicks on them. More information can be found on the official site: https://www.google.com/adsense/

Remember to read their TOS before hand as they have very strict rules.

Yeah it might not be effective but it's better then nothing. Also you shouldn't sell ads till you receive a decent amount of visitors ;)

Why not test it on your site for some time sajjad.axe? Then you can see how it works on your site and if it is something you can make money from. If things don't work out it is very easy to remove Adsense from your site, you are not tied into any long term contract and you can remove the ads whenever you want.

Adsense provide excellent reporting facilities, so you will be able to see how it is performing on your site in terms of total revenue, ad impressions, click through rates, revenue per thousand impressions, etc. You can also play around with different ad formats, sizes and positions and use their reporting to see what works best for your site.

I Think sajjad.axe you are from india and google adsense had blacklisted india so it will be very tough to get and adsense account.
    All the best

Google Adsense didn't blacklisted india, google adsense increased the acceptance period to 6month for all countries.

I had an adsense, but they didn't remit all the money that I've earned. I also had adbux same as adsense but i haven't receive any amount from them. I don't know if its a scam or what. But one thing is for sure, I waste a lot of time and electric bill for nothing.. Sad part.

John, Adsense is definitely not a scam. It is an extremely reliable online ad network owned by Google. The only times they don't pay is when a publisher has not yet reached the minimum payout value or if they believe that you did not abide by their terms - for example if a site is not the type of site they approve of (e.g. if it has adult content) or if they believe there was fraudulent clicks on the ads.

Did they give you a reason for not paying?

Manoj, there is only one Adsense and that is Google Adsense. However, there are many different ad networks that can work well for different sites.
